Delete your SonoCue account

Two ways to permanently delete your account and all account-linked data.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open SonoCue on your iPhone or Android device.
2. Sign in if you're not already signed in.
3. Go to Settings → Delete Account.
4. Confirm by typing DELETE.

Your account and all linked data are permanently removed within 30 days. If you signed in with Apple, the linked Apple authentication token is also revoked at deletion.

Option 2 — Email request

Don't have the app installed anymore, or can't sign in? Email us from the address registered on the account:

Subject: Delete my SonoCue account
Body: Include your registered email address and a brief confirmation that you want the account deleted.

We respond within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. If we cannot verify the request matches the account holder, we may ask one additional verification question before proceeding.

What gets deleted

• Your account record (email, name, password hash, optional license number)
• All AI Analyze usage metadata linked to your account
• Any AI response reports you submitted
• For Apple Sign In users: the linked Apple authentication token is revoked

What gets retained briefly (anonymized)

• Authentication event logs (sign-in attempts, IP addresses) — kept for up to 12 months for security review, then anonymized. After deletion these are de-linked from your account immediately and cannot be re-associated.

What we do NOT retain

• The text of any AI Analyze input or response — never stored beyond the request itself
• Bookmarks — stored only on your device, deleted when you uninstall the app
